The University of New Hampshire Greenhouse Open House is scheduled for Friday, March 28, and Saturday, March 29, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event is presented by the New Hampshire Agricultural Experiment Station, Thompson School of Applied Science, UNH Cooperative Extension, and the UNH Biological Sciences and Sustainable Agriculture programs of the College of Life Sciences & Agriculture.
Lectures will help you explore new gardening ideas in depth. See the latest in UNH scientific research and learn about cutting-edge genetics, vegetable breeding, tree disease research and more. The Thompson School's horticulture program will present landscape displays and a plant sale.
You can take a tour of Macfarlane Greenhouses and UNH high tunnels. University experts and master gardeners will be on hand to answer questions and give advice.
